Overview
Our items are hand-made unless otherwise noted in the product description. Most of our garments are made to your specified size at the time of the order. As such, these are custom fit and sewn! We cannot offer refunds on items that have been shipped. In the event that the item is in some way flawed or the sizing does not match what you provided, we are happy to exchange the item.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We are not a rental house, and cannot accept returns that have been worn other than having been tried on for fit.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Exchanges
To exchange your product, you should mail your product to:

If there is a defect in the product, or the size does not match the size you specified at the time of the order, History’s Wardrobe will issue you a return shipping label at our expense. In the event that the sizing you provided was incorrect and an alteration is required, you will be required to purchase shipping for the item to return to us and the new item to be shipped back to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
